The Enhanced Basic Education Information System (EBEIS) is a web-based system designed to enhance information management at all levels of the education system (school, division, region and national levels) through streamlined processes and use of information and communication technologies. It aims to deliver relevant and accurate information to school heads, education managers, policy makers and various stakeholders of the education system. It maintains a database of education statistics, sector performance indicators and profile of public and private schools, learning centers and other education service providers. 

          The number of drop-out students, promoted students, repeater, graduates and completers are reflected. Relation between number of students and number of teachers, and number of chairs will be determined through EBEIS. These data are used to observe and measure the progress of the schools (e.g. meet all the needs of the learners, institutional support, technology support, teaching and learning support and student engagement.)
